ROYAL ASCOT WEEK SET MENU

From Tuesday 19th until Saturday 23rd June

The set menu is available from 11am till 1.30pm and also from 6pm until 9.30pm. We allocate the table for 2 hours.

We will have an outdoor garden bar where people can have drinks from 10am until 1.30pm and 6pm until 10pm Bar is open to everyone before and after the races.

We will also be serving breakfast from 10am till 10.45am

STARTERS

Hot oak smoked salmon, grilled sourdough, lemon and olive oil powder, pine nut pesto

Confit chicken and foie gras terrine, burnt onion, golden raisins, multigrain loaf, mustard cress

Beef carpaccio, aged parmesan, pickled shallots, roquette oil

Crab and asparagus salad, summer radishes, tarragon and apple dressing

Coconut and turmeric pancakes, Asian style summer vegetables, Thai basil, mint, lime, ginger and sesame dressing

MAIN COURSES

230g Casterbridge fillet steak served with triple cooked chips, tomato, watercress and peppercorn sauce

Corn fed chicken breast, sweet corn, forest mushroom croquette, spinach, tarragon jus and fondant potato

Pan fried sea bass, courgettes, lemon and herb, potato velouté, mussels, crispy crab bonbon’s

Loin of cured cod, sautéed cauliflower, bulgur wheat, curried mayonnaise, cauliflower puree

Wild mushroom and spinach risotto, truffle beignet, lemon thyme and parmesan cream

DESSERTS

Yogurt, honey, thyme and white chocolate cheesecake, ginger ice cream

Pavlova, passion fruit sorbet, Chantilly cream, mango and coriander salsa

Chocolate mousse, vanilla churros, chocolate sauce, chocolate soil
